Refund Policy

Tuition fees will be refunded in full without deduction if the Continuing Education Administration changes any of the announced conditions.

Tuition fees will be refunded in the event of a withdrawal 15 days before the start of the program, with a deduction of 10% administrative expenses.

Students cannot receive tuition fees when submitting a written refund request less than 15 working days before the start of classes.

There is no refund in the event of postponement.

In the event of a specific policy for a study program, the policy for the program will be applied in accordance with the instructions of the Director of the Continuing Education Department.

The refund will be made within 60 days from the date of submitting the refund request.

The date is calculated from the date of the written refund request or sent by email only.

In exceptional cases, refund requests will be dealt with in each case individually at the discretion of the Director of the Continuing Education Department.

    1. Trainees must attend at least 80% of the training duration and actively participate.
    1. Trainees must respect training schedules and avoid being late or absent without a valid reason.

    1. Trainees must cooperate with their colleagues and work as a team to achieve training goals.

    1. Trainees must adhere to professional and ethical behavior at all times.
    1. Trainees must maintain the confidentiality of information shared during training and not use it for personal purposes.
  4. Continuous Learning 
    1. Trainees should seek help and guidance from trainers/preceptors or admin when needed and not hesitate to ask questions.
  5. Compliance with Laws and Regulations 
    1. Trainees must comply with all hospital policies and regulations of the training institution.
    1. Trainees should avoid any illegal or unethical behavior.
  6. Information Security, Confidentiality, Privacy 
    1. We adhere to the confidentiality policies of Children's Cancer Hospital Egypt - 57357 to protect patient privacy from unauthorized use or disclosure.
    1. All trainees in Cancer Hospital Egypt - 57357 are committed to the hospital's information security and confidentiality policies to protect hospital information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
  7. NO SMOKING POLICY
    1. Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vape, cigars, or pipes are prohibited in any indoor location, including any stairwell landing, courtyard, and connecting corridor, but only in the smoking areas (gate 3 and gate 4).
  8. DRESS CODE POLICY
    1. All participants are required to be neat, clean, and tidy and of smart appearance in a way to present themselves at all times in accordance with their professional status and dress in a manner appropriate to their role.
    1. Certain items that are not permitted at work are:
  9. Miniskirts, shorts, crop tops, ripped pants,  transparent clothing, sleeveless blouses & flip-flops.

Confidentiality Agreement

It is the policy of CCHE 57357. As a user of information;

  1. You may use patient records (for health care, quality improvement, peer review, education, administration, and research) or personnel records (for employment, payroll, or other business purposes) according to the hospital roles
  2. Patient and personnel information from any source and in any form, including paper records, oral communications, audio recordings, and electronic displays, is strictly confidential. Access to confidential patient and personnel information is permitted only on a need-to know basis.
  3. Employees, medical staff, students, volunteers, and outside affiliate’s personals must respect and preserve the privacy and confidentiality of patient and personnel information.

Lack of commitment to this policy is considered a clear violation of the information confidentiality which includes but not limited to:

  1. Accessing information that is not within the scope of your job.
  2. Misusing, disclosing without authorization, or altering patient or personnel information.
  3. Disclosing to another person your sign-on code and password for accessing electronic or computerized records.
  4. Using another person’s sign-on code and password for accessing electronic or computerized records.
  5. Leaving the computer open on a secured application or unattended while signed on.
  6. Attempting to access a secured application without authorization.
  7. Violation of this policy by employees, staff, or volunteers may constitute grounds for corrective action up to and including termination of employment.
  8. Violation of this policy by outside affiliate’s personals may constitute grounds for termination of the contractual relationship or other terms of affiliation between the outside affiliate and ­­­­Hospital. Unauthorized release of confidential information may also have personal, civil, and/or criminal liabilities and legal penalties attached.

I have read and agree to comply with the terms of the above statement and will read and comply with CCHE 57357’s information security policies and standards or the clinical information security policies and operational standards, whichever is applicable.
