Tuition fees will be refunded in full without deduction if the Continuing Education Administration changes any of the announced conditions.

Tuition fees will be refunded in the event of a withdrawal of 5 working days or more before the start of the program, with a deduction of 10% administrative expenses.

Students can recover 50% of tuition fees when submitting a written refund request less than 5 working days before the start of classes, with a deduction of 10% administrative expenses.

Refunds are not made in the event of a request once the classes begin.

Refunds are not made in the case of group discounts if the discount condition is not met.

There is no refund in the event of postponement between waves.

In the event of a specific policy for a study program, the policy for the program will be applied in accordance with the instructions of the Director of the Continuing Education Department.

The refund will be made within 60 days from the date of submitting the refund request.

The date is calculated from the date of the written refund request or sent by email only.

In exceptional cases, refund requests will be dealt with in each case individually at the discretion of the Director of the Continuing Education Department.
